Shipping & Handling
Shipping is done ONLY within Mauritius. Delivery will be done within 72 hours during weekdays only. No shipping will be done during week-end. Full payment should be made prior to shipping as we use an external courrier service for delivery within Mauritius that will deliver right to your door steps.
We do NOT ship internationally. If you are interested to purchase from us and you are outside Mauritius Island, kindly send us an email and will offer you a quote for the shipping charges to you.
The website already by default use Shipping to Mauritius and this can’t be change. For International users, in case you still proceed to the order and fulfil the payment with the country shipping still in “Mauritius”, and request a refund, note that a 10% of the amount paid will be deducted from the amount paid which account for the bank charges and refund processing fees.
Children’s Information
Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.
Pro Tuning does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13.
